I believe I bring that track record of experience to build off the success that Renton is having,” said Marcie Maxwell.
Recently, Marcie was the senior education policy adviser to Gov. Jay Inslee after serving three terms as the State Representative from the 41st Legislative District.

She has received the Renton Citizen of the Year award and the Renton Outstanding Citizen Award. Marcie has been active in Renton for many years including: served two terms on the Renton School Board; former board member for the Renton Chamber of Commerce; founding member of the Renton Community Foundation; former Renton Area PTA President; former President Renton Rotary and former President of Kennydale Neighborhood Association.
She has been a long-time Windermere Realtor in Renton for over thirty years. She lives in Renton with her husband, Bob.
